Humans Fearing, When the Earth is Healing

Humans! The most dangerous animals on this planet

Have finally caged themselves in their own homes

The people who dominated all the living species

Fear from a virus?

No, they fear from death!

Finally, mother earth is healing,

Air has been purified and pollution is kicked out

Lakes and ponds have fishes

Rivers are clean

Birds are chirping

Alas! Nature is celebrating.

The wrath of mother earth has fallen upon us,

We witness a situation for which only we are to be blamed,

But did we learn anything?

Can we try to be a little less selfish?

Can we start giving love to our nature,

Nurture our surroundings, only to get it back?

Instead of taking the pain

Enjoy the healing,

Spread love to your belongings,

Isn’t a long break, is always what we wished for?

Spend time with oneself,

Rise above the panic and fear,

Understand that life is much more than work, parties or movies,

And know that Death can’t pull us apart.

This is high time to realise that We are all manifestations of the Mystery. We are all made from the same elements. From the same fund and the same material came every living organism. The little chipmunk is of the same dust as we, and he breathes the same wind and drinks of the same waters. His days are warmed by the same sun and his little heart pulses just like ours and was created by the same First Fountain.

This view of reality, of the oneness of everything, long held by native peoples and Eastern sages is today being confirmed by physicists and astronomers. “The universe is everything, both living and inanimate things, both atoms and galaxies, and if the spiritual exists, the spiritual and material are one, for the universe is the totality of all things,” wrote Fred Hoyle in Frontiers of Astronomy.

Behind and beyond our senses lies a plane of consciousness in which all is related and all is one and all is now. Everything is united in the Mystery as one, the energy of the sun dancing in a wood-burning fire, a cucumber cucumbering, a flight of geese honking into a north wind, a rising tide crashing and breaking against a resisting beach, a wild stallion, with nostrils bulging the pride of the free racing to his mare, mist covering with affection hemlock and pine, a cougar stalking a fresh spore on a mountain trial. It is all one and all natural and all sacred and all divine, and all revealed images of the “great Mystery” behind it all and known to us … as Nature and all truth.

“We are the children of this beautiful planet that we have lately seen photographed from the moon;” wrote Joseph Campbell. ”We were not delivered into it by some god, but have come forth from it. And the Earth, together with the sun, this light around which it flies like a moth, came forth from a nebula, and that nebula in turn from space, So that we are the mind, ultimately, of space, each in his own way at one with all, and with no horizons.”

RESPECT THE NATURE, WILDLIFE, THE RIVERS, THE MOUNTAINS & EVERY ELEMENT OF UNIVERSE, AS WE ALL ARE PART OF SAME ENERGY.  EVERY LIFE IS EQUALLY IMPORTANT AND IF WE DON’T IT NOW, MAN’S EGO AND HIS IGNORANCE SHALL BE THE REASON FOR HIS DOOM.

SAVE ONESELF, SAVE HUMAN EXISTENCE, SAVE MOTHER EARTH!

AWARENESS IS THE KEY. HAPPY LIVING TO ALL!

ANALYSIS OF THE STATUTE- CITIZENSHIP (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2019

H.K. LAW OFFICES

INTRODUCTION

Post partition and independence, it became necessary to enact a legislation which governs citizenship laws of a nation. Citizenship not only recognizes the legal identity and provide rights to an individual of a country but also protects their welfare and provides nationality granting protection across the world. Citizens are subjected to better legal status, rights, protection, and facilities provided by state. “Citizenship Act, 1955” was enacted by the Government of India for the said purpose. As per the provisions of the Act, citizenship can be acquired in India in five ways i.e. by birth, by descent, by registration, by naturalisation and by the incorporation of a territory into India.

Following the abrogation of article 370, the introduction of “Citizenship Amendment Bill, 2019” introduced in the month of December emerged as another socio-political agenda leading to protests and riots. The said bill was passed by both the houses of Parliament…

FEAR- INDIA’S DAUGHTER

I was walking alone

In a deserted area prone,

Dark in night

My feelings in fright!

Rushing towards home

Just felt I am not alone,

Some footsteps following me

I just wanted to be free!

Rushing fast in track

Hiding my tears in sack,

Suddenly, a car arrived

The persons behind me tried

To capture me in their car

And take me really far!

After a while my eyes opened in bed

Thinking it could be a nightmare bad,

But then realized that I am not in my house

Hearing the laugh coming from out,

Made me scared and afraid

Thinking of demons that I faced!

Suddenly someone opened the door

I was sitting on bed all alone,

Wanted to run and reach my home

Somebody save me from demon!

My heartbeat I could hear

My body was shivering,

It made me burst into tear

But nobody cared!

The person reached very close to me

I just wanted to be free,

Mumma! Mumma! I yelled inside

Having so much fear I just cried!

I was shouting for help

But I was in a trap,

My body I couldn’t feel

My fear I couldn’t reveal!

I don’t know whether I am alive

Cause inside I have died,

Was taken back by car

Tossed on road where i was,

Rescued by people

From where I was thrown

Finally I reached back to home!

People say that I am safe

Only I know I live in grave,

My life is destroyed

And I am half dead and half alive!

PS- This is the fear of every Indian Daughter. But don’t you dare speak! Where is Justice?

If entry for women in Sabarimala, then why not Mosques? Where is right to equality?

Today, Supreme Court dismissed the petition filed by Akhila Bharat Hindu Mahasabha seeking an order permitting entry of women in mosques.
It was filed on the grounds of violation of fundamental rights and practice amounts to breach of fundamental rights under Articles 14, 21 or 25 of the Constitution.

It was dismissed with the remark- “Let a Muslim woman challenge it”, but all i want to ask that when a muslim women sought petition for entry in a Hindu temple (Sabarimala) which had tradition of hundreds of years involved and had religious sentiments attached to it yet right to equality was established, then why not now?

muslim-woman

Considering the religious texts and arguments pertaining to personal law, There was no mention of any gender segregation in either Quran or Hadith, and such practices are not only repugnant to the basic dignity of a woman as an individual, but also violative of their fundamental rights. There were no records stating that the Quran and Prophet Muhammad opposed women entering mosques and offering prayers, and in fact men and women have equal constitutional rights to worship, according to their beliefs.

At present, women are allowed to offer prayers at mosques under the Jamaat-e-Islami and Mujahid denominations but they are barred from mosques under the predominant Sunni faction. In mosques where women are allowed, there are separate entrances and enclosures for worship for the two genders.

The hon’ble court in the case of Sabarimala held that ‘religion cannot be used as cover to deny rights of worship to women as it is against human dignity’. Prohibition on women is due to non-religious reasons and it is a grim shadow of discrimination going on for centuries,”

One country, one constitution, one court, yet contrary orders?

Realize their worth & Remove the Gap!

The Gap of Rich and Poor?

The Gap of Race and Religion?

The Gap of Caste and Gender?

Do you realise?

The one who drives your car, goes back home on foot,

The one who delivers you pizza, sometimes does not get food to eat,

The one who constructs sky scrappers, lives in leaking roofs,

You are sleeping peacefully at night because he is awake to guard your home,

If they go on leave, your day stops,

Simple tasks becomes so tough and life becomes miserable!

Every religious text or God or Idols preaches peace irrespective of religion,

Do you realise?

Caste is just a name, and every human is same?

World needs peace- We need a change!

Is this the world we always wanted? Are we moving towards World War III? Is this the reason United Nations was formed? We need to convince International Community that there is a looming crisis before there are pictures of starving babies. What we’re seeing, emergency after emergency, is that the international community does not get mobilised before there is an actual crisis.

Today’s wars kill and displace more people, and are harder to end than in years past. The choice before us is simple; Will we continue to subsidize the dirty fossil fuels of the past or will we transition to 21st century clean renewable energy?

Response to our crisis can be put in one word: revolution. A revolution in our priorities, a re-evaluation of our values, a re-invigoration of our public life and a fundamental transformation of our way of thinking and living that promotes a transfer of power from oligarchs and plutocrats to everyday people and ordinary citizens.

You can never change things by fighting the existing reality; to change something, make a new model that makes the existing model obsolete. To overcome poverty and the flaws of the economic crisis in our society, we need to envision our social life. We have to free our mind, imagine what has never happened before and write social fiction. We need to imagine things to make them happen. If you don’t imagine, it will never happen.

The biggest and most interesting crisis in the world is the human crisis, and it never gets boring. It goes back to Shakespeare. You don’t need a gimmick; it’s just man against man and their intolerance of each other. Our state is in crisis. Our people are hurting. Now is the time when we all must resist the traditional, selfish call to protect your own turf at the cost of our state. It is time to leave the corner, join the sacrifice, come to the center of the room and be part of the solution.

CONNECT TO YOURSELF (FIT INDIA REGIME)

’Some people have a foolish way of not minding, or pretending not to mind, what they eat. For my part, I mind my belly very studiously, and very carefully; for I look upon it, that he who does not mind his belly will hardly mind anything else.’ ~ Samuel Johnson

We all have heard “A healthy mind lives in a healthy body”. Life is not hassle free now a days, people are wasting their precious time on materialistic things. We all are trapped in the world of illusion which ends up in being paranoid. Our lives have become so hectic and money oriented, that we totally disconnect with our bodies. In our journey through life, we need to re-integrate and rejuvenate our body to our mind and soul. The reintegration is vital in order to have a healthy body, since a malign mind will only exist in a damaged body. When we fail to listen to the screams of our bodies, which are a reflection of our souls, we instead live the emotional roller coaster of chronic stress that feeds disease, fear and illness. You can only integrate your body-mind-soul through the daily practices that lead to wholeness.

If you’re not the one who wakes up every day jazzed to hit the gym or yoga classes and eat lightly seasoned chicken and broccoli… don’t worry. You’re not alone. Following and sticking to a fitness and nutrition plan is tough, and there will be days when you can’t find any sense of fitness motivation at all. Its okay but one needs to understand the importance of fitness . It is just not having a good physique but a healthy lifestyle which means a discipline which should be a part of you. Taking inspiration from lives of Sportsperson or athletes, the value of discipline needs to be learnt. It leads to a better life-expectancy ratio, less health/medical problems and a positive, healthy mind free from any anxiety or psychological problem. So here, a good health/fitness is the answer to all problems of modern times.

Training gives us an outlet for suppressed energies created by stress and thus tones the spirit just as exercise conditions the body.” – Arnold Schwarzenegger

Recently, A FIT INDIA regime has been initiated, in my view definitely not a political agenda, I believe it is the best revolution which can ever come to India. Historically, India is the only country from where origin of a healthy life has taken place in “Ayurveda”. Many scientific studies confirm what Ayurveda has known for thousands of years: Regular exercise develops muscle strength and posture, reduces body fat, improves digestion (Agni) and sleep, boosts the immune system, prevents sluggishness, and delays aging. The Ayurvedic texts describe the benefit of daily physical exercise as ‘sthiratva’, or stability. This not only refers to physical stability, but also mental, intellectual and emotional. Exercise clears and strengthens the ‘shrotas’ (transport channels in the physiology in which metabolism takes place); blockages and congestion are relieved, stress is reduced, and our sense of wellbeing is improved.

There is no persuasion to be a part of fitness club or lift heavy weights but one must adapt healthy and disciplined lifestyle which not only includes regular and adequate intake of water or having a healthy diet but also includes a disciplines lifestyle free from bad influences. Such a disciplined lifestyle will lead to the enlightenment and will be able to establish a strong connection between your mind and soul.

Looking at the way how the youths have adopted an unhealthy-eating lifestyle, partying every weekend, being a night owl but there is nothing like good taste, its your mind that controls your brain. Ask yourself when you sit alone at the end of the day, Are you happy with all such materialistic things which the whole world is doing? When you look at the mirror, do you love the person you see?  Aren’t more than half of your judgments affected by what people/world will think or say?  Honestly, before being a fitness enthusiast, I was not happy with my living, I was one of those miserable teenage girls who wanted to fit in society, who lacks confidence and probably have anxiety issues and a lot of anger.

So here is the deal, channel your anger towards fitness. I agree, in the start, it is not easy, we fall several times and trust me giving up is a lot easier option than working hard. Especially in the world who constantly tries to pull you down, it won’t be easy. But remember this time you are not working hard for the world, not to impress your boss, boyfriend, friends or family; you are working on yourself-something which is guaranteed to stay with you forever.

Fitness brings you more close to yourself. It wont be something new to say that people come and go in your life. You need to remember- “Your body can stand almost anything. It’s your mind that you have to convince.” Respect this body, your soul, the way you respect a god or temple. In all religions and shashtras, it is written, your soul is a part of that ultimate god, so learn to respect your soul, your body first.

(PS- Being a fitness enthusiast has changed my life and I have seen that a healthy mind exists in a fit body. If a single person out there feels motivated, then my job is done. Any queries or help, you can reach me at meghachaturvedi2002@yahoo.co.in)

An emerging superpower- India

india-the-next-superpower-1-728

After receiving such a positive response from the article “The Greatness of India” (https://thegreatindianhitch.wordpress.com/2015/01/18/the-greatness-of-india-incredible-india/#respond), I would like to share some interesting facts which are unknown to the people of this country and other countries who undermine the power and greatness of this nation.

  • The country is achieving a high economic growth of over 8 per cent of its GDP annually, on a consistent basis. In fact, India’s economic growth rate is second highest in the world-next only to China. The developed world has been left behind. The two Asian giants-India and China have today turned the leaders of growth of the global economy.
  • Militarily, India is one of the strongest countries in the world. Having the third largest army in the world, it has a huge arsenal of weaponry including nuclear weapons. Its Army, Navy and Air Force are always ready to meet any challenge. India believes in having peaceful relations with other countries, but in today’s world of changing equation, it is necessary to have a military might to deter other countries to do any mischief.
  • ISRO (Indian Space Research Organisation) recently launched polar satellite launch vehicle (PSLV) which created history by lobbying 104 satellites in a single mission, whereas the previous record was in the name of Russia which marked 37 satellites in one single mission.
  • According to a report by New World Wealth in 2016, India is ranked as the seventh wealthiest country in the world.
  • Few years ago, Indians (who are considered to be blacks) were discriminated in western countries but now Indian minds are ruling over the world:
    • CEO of Google: Sundar Pichai
    • CEO of Microsoft: Satya Nadella
    • CEO of Adobe: Shantanu Narayen

You’ll find that again. You will!

15725559_1289715161092055_455531586_o

There was a time she wasn’t sure. In middle of a hurricane, it always made her question- Wonder whether she will get through it, whether all of it is worth it or what if she could not handle, she always had a thought to quit in back of her mind. But she did not quit because she is not an escapist. The day she realized she has to fight back, she won because she was not scared to lose now. In middle of the storm, where she was the most vulnerable, her ears could not listen to the chaos where she listened to her heart which tells her to calm down, so she listens because she knows even if she wanted to, she cannot go back. Life is a crazy, beautiful, confusing journey but it is lived forward.

We all had those frightening experiences, some of us are still going through or are yet to go, those memories that scare the shit out of us, but you made out and that’s your victory; the ones who are going through it, do remember that “This is Life and it is not supposed to be easy, it is much more than the barbie or X Box games.” But you will make through it. This is the end of the year and I would like to remind you all of your strengths which didn’t let you give up and trust me, you’re doing great! We all have screwed things in past, but don’t blame yourself for everything. Even if you’re low right now, its okay, give yourself some time, find yourself and you’ll rise again. We all have made mistakes in this year and  have left things behind but  remind yourself- You will find them again. You will be happy again. You will be okay, so keep moving!

Looking forward to the coming year with Hope and ready to fight back with everything life throws at you. Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year to all! Stay Blessed ❤
